Coordinates student employment and Federal Work-Study administration, including onboarding, I-9 verification, timesheets, eligibility tracking, job postings, transfers, and offboarding. Manages benefits and compliance support such as ACA reporting, leave documentation, EDD claims, employment verification, open enrollment, insurance invoices, personnel files, and Paycom HRIS data. Provides responsive support to employees, students, supervisors, Financial Aid, Payroll, and HR leadership while maintaining confidential and accurate records.

Curates select performance and exhibition programs while supporting interdisciplinary arts programming at REDCAT. Coordinates artists, contracts, travel, logistics, budgets, schedules, contextual materials, web content, marketing collateral, newsletters, social media, and public inquiries. Collaborates with artists, presenting companies, senior staff, and marketing and PR teams to deliver programs and related communications.

Administers hardware, operating systems, servers, network file systems, account services, workstation imaging, software deployment, security updates, backups, and disaster recovery for a film and video school. Provides technical support for classrooms, labs, and server infrastructure; monitors network performance; maintains documentation, inventories, and ticketing resources; troubleshoots hardware and software; coordinates with other administrators and central IT; and recommends system improvements.

Manages federal, state, and institutional financial aid programs, including eligibility analysis, verification, packaging, reconciliation, awarding, and compliance. Oversees satisfactory academic progress, appeals, student communications, workshops, outreach, web content, and special population support. Trains and mentors financial aid staff, coordinates with accounting and external agencies, manages program budgets, and helps improve office workflows and student-facing processes.

Support institutional budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning using Anaplan and spreadsheets. Develop faculty personnel budgets, conduct monthly forecasting and analysis, maintain position control and contract dashboards, partner with HR/payroll/deans, supervise 1-2 accounting specialists, prepare financial reports, and support institutional financial initiatives and decision-making.

Lead strategy and operational management of instructional technologies and LMS at the institute. Manage the LMS, research emerging educational technologies, collaborate with faculty and academic leadership, implement and integrate solutions, provide training and learning communities, and coordinate innovation initiatives and shared governance.
