Lead upstream and downstream marketing for the US Implant business unit, owning go-to-market strategy, brand positioning, product launches, sales enablement, demand generation, customer insight, and marketing analytics to drive surgeon adoption and franchise growth. Manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional programs; ~30% travel.

The Quality Management System Lead oversees quality operations, manages the QMS across multiple sites, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include leading the site QA/QC team and continuous improvement initiatives.
