The Channel Partner Sales Engineer at Sparklight collaborates with various teams to support partner sales, provide technical expertise, and enable solution adoption through training and demonstrations. The role focuses on building strong relationships and delivering customized solutions to meet customer needs.

Provide sales support and customer care for residential accounts: order entry, scheduling, account qualification and maintenance, troubleshooting, escalations, commission/charge-back verification, CRM data entry, and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Lead the growth of Sparklight Mobile by managing the product roadmap, improving customer experiences, and driving product performance with internal and external partners.
