This is a general talent-community application inviting candidates across many functions to submit resumes. Recruiting will review and retain applications for future openings; candidates should highlight experience, accomplishments, and interests for potential remote roles.

Coordinate interviews and candidate communications across time zones; maintain ATS records (Greenhouse); assist sourcing, onboarding, benefits enrollment, HR compliance documentation, employee engagement events, recognition programs, and ad hoc people operations projects.

Lead accounting and financial operations including full-cycle accounting, month- and year-end close, GAAP financial statements, cash management, tax and sales tax compliance, internal controls, budgeting/forecasting, and investor/fundraising reporting. Partner with executive team to drive performance and support audits and diligence.
