Coordinate interviews and candidate communications across time zones; maintain ATS records (Greenhouse); assist sourcing, onboarding, benefits enrollment, HR compliance documentation, employee engagement events, recognition programs, and ad hoc people operations projects.

Lead accounting and financial operations including full-cycle accounting, month- and year-end close, GAAP financial statements, cash management, tax and sales tax compliance, internal controls, budgeting/forecasting, and investor/fundraising reporting. Partner with executive team to drive performance and support audits and diligence.

Manage and optimize revenue operations by owning Salesforce and CPQ processes, building dashboards and deal desk, analyzing revenue data, supporting quota and compensation administration, and maintaining sales playbooks and contract processing to drive revenue growth.

This role involves designing and developing scalable web applications, leading projects, mentoring engineers, and ensuring quality through best practices and collaboration.

Design and execute manual and automated tests for web applications, build and maintain test frameworks and CI pipelines, identify and track bugs, validate fixes, collaborate with product and engineering, participate in agile ceremonies, and continuously improve QA processes and tooling to ensure high-quality releases.

The Solutions Engineer will drive the adoption of AI-powered solutions in the electric utility sector, providing technical consulting and customer enablement. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, architecting solutions, leading RFI/RFP processes, and delivering training. Extensive travel is required for client engagement.
