Add captions, branding, chapter markers, audio cleanup, and export-optimized files. Manage organized Google Drive assets, collaborate with Content, SEO, and Marketing teams, and maintain brand consistency across thumbnails and templates.

Prepare federal and state individual and business tax returns, review general ledger and financial statements, perform reconciliations and adjusting entries, support month- and year-end close, prepare tax workpapers and estimates, advise on tax planning, respond to client inquiries and tax notices.

Contractor will analyze Zoho and Xero environments, design and implement integrations and automations (using APIs, webhooks, Deluge, or middleware), perform end-to-end testing, document configurations and SOPs, and train clients. Deliverables include mapping plans, QA reports, documentation, and training materials.
