Lead customer software implementations from kickoff through handoff, managing timelines, stakeholders, technical configurations, custom workflows, training, and customer expectations. Identify and resolve implementation challenges, document configurations, analyze implementation data, and improve processes to reduce time-to-value and increase customer satisfaction. Collaborate with Account Management, Support, and Sales while driving strategic onboarding initiatives.

Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, email, and social channels to engage construction professionals. Communicate Builder Prime’s value, qualify prospects, identify needs, schedule qualified demos, and manage a healthy pipeline in collaboration with Account Executives. Track performance, develop product expertise, use AI tools responsibly, and pursue continuous sales development and career growth.
