The role leads early-stage discovery, builds global relationships and sustainable pipelines, collaborates with technical specialists, maintains CRM reporting, and drives new business across geographies and functions.

The Sales Account Manager drives revenue growth for ISO standards and certification services by prospecting, cold calling, developing pipelines, consulting with decision-makers, managing client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and reporting sales activity. The role requires at least four years of sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, CRM familiarity, and quarterly travel to client sites in the eastern United States.
