Builds controllership, forecasting, reporting, budgeting, billing, ERP, and cash-management processes; integrates acquisitions; supports M&A, compliance, board and lender reporting; advises leadership on strategy, pricing, capital allocation, and value creation; and builds a scalable finance team with potential oversight of HR, IT, and administrative functions.

Executes and optimizes B2B demand-generation campaigns across email, paid, organic, partner, webinar, conference, and trade-show channels. Manages HubSpot campaigns, landing pages, workflows, and email sends; supports brand, product, partner, and event marketing. Tracks campaign performance and ROI, manages vendors and budgets, and collaborates cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, customer success, and leadership. Requires occasional travel of approximately 10–25%.

Lead hunting and account growth for defense manufacturing customers (DoD/DoE). Build a 20+ facility pipeline, engage program and facility leaders early, drive upsell/retention, execute capture playbooks, map contract vehicles, and feed field intelligence to leadership to win prototype-to-pilot and contract opportunities.
