Build and own Dia’s enterprise administration products, including the Admin Console, entitlement and provisioning APIs, identity and policy configuration, usage metering, commerce integrations, and Atlassian Admin Hub integration. Partner with platform and client engineers to deliver enterprise features across web and native clients, establish technical direction, and shape the enterprise roadmap in a high-ambiguity startup environment.

Build frontier-AI prototypes that evaluate ambiguous product bets and inform Dia’s product direction. Develop interactive demos, agent experiments, evaluation workflows, and context-engineering approaches; assess technical tradeoffs; create prototypes suitable for production handoff; share learnings with product and engineering leaders; and improve prototyping and evaluation infrastructure. The role is a three-month contract-to-hire residency with potential full-time conversion.

Lead the creation of an AI-powered software generation platform, partner with AI and infrastructure teams, and define success metrics to enhance developer experience.
