Teams at Brown & Brown Insurance

Manage a large commercial insurance book of business as the primary client contact. Lead renewals, obtain carrier quotes and claims information, submit renewal documentation, bind coverage, resolve underwriting, policy, accounting, and claims issues, and maintain account records. Support producers with new business implementation, manage receivables and daily administration, communicate account status, ensure quality control, and develop Technical Assistants.

Supports insurance business functions through research, analysis, project management, process-efficiency and automation research, progress reporting, meetings, professional development, client interactions, and internship initiatives. Maintains confidentiality, organizes work, meets deadlines, demonstrates professionalism, and provides customer service under the supervision of team leaders and other professionals.

Provides data entry and clerical support for the National Life Group Sponsored Program. Updates Ardent files with carrier, liability limits, policy periods, certificates, and deductible information; sends pending-notification emails when data is inaccurate or incomplete; and files or updates AML certification documents in ImageRight. The role requires accurate, confidential work, effective written and oral communication, organization, problem-solving, quality control, and adaptability.
