Serve as senior technical lead for enterprise AI initiatives, building and maintaining Copilot Studio agents, Power Platform automations, Azure AI integrations, and governance. Translate business needs into scalable solutions, guide citizen development, support M365 Copilot pilots, document architectures and runbooks, and complete structured knowledge transfer at contract end.

Assist the Senior Operations Manager in maintaining and preserving property assets, oversee contractors, manage capital and operating plans, ensure safety/compliance, support sustainability efforts, monitor building systems, participate in on-call Manager on Duty schedule, and prepare to relocate into an Operations Manager role within 9–24 months.

Manage monthly accounting and job cost reporting for land projects: record sales, cost of sales, accruals, reconcile cash and intercompany, prepare month-end consolidations and working papers, support audits, implement controls, and collaborate across departments.
