Manage production and material planning to maintain inventory, create work orders in the MRP system, align demand with capacity, resolve material constraints with cross-functional teams, implement engineering changes, and support continuous improvement to ensure on-time delivery.

Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, material planning, supplier management, inventory control, and logistics. Manage and mentor the purchasing team, ensure material availability, enforce ISO compliance, implement ERP-driven processes (Sage/NetSuite), drive cost reduction and continuous improvement, develop KPIs, and collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, QA, Operations, and Finance.

Lead product- and system-level V&V for high-performance multimedia hardware. Develop test strategies, execute formal validation (video/audio/interoperability/environmental), automate tests with Python, troubleshoot complex hardware/firmware/software/FPGA issues, support RMAs and regulatory compliance, mentor junior engineers, and produce technical test documentation to enable product releases.
