Supports and reports directly to the Managing Partner while coordinating diverse administrative and operational tasks across multiple business lines. Manages priorities in a fast-paced environment, travels between regional offices and attends business events as needed, communicates with internal and external stakeholders, and handles sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Coordinate social media and brand marketing campaigns across multiple company-owned and invested brands. Engage large audiences daily, support internal monthly campaigns, collaborate with distributed international teams, and contribute to business development and ancillary revenue partnerships. The role requires experience marketing startup and established brands, with CPG or B2B marketing or sales experience preferred.

Leads business development by managing partner relationships, identifying revenue opportunities, selling media packages, negotiating contracts, executing partnerships, and exceeding sales targets. Oversees sales funnels, partner performance, forecasting, reporting, and cross-functional launches while mentoring staff and supporting enterprise client relationships. The role also involves travel to partner meetings and industry events.
