Provides intensive case management to homeless individuals with chronic illness or disabilities. Responsibilities include outreach, psychosocial assessments, housing placement and retention, individualized service planning, crisis intervention, benefits and community-resource linkage, life-skills support, transportation, documentation, and coordination with property managers and service partners.

Supports quality assurance for supportive housing programs by generating reports, analyzing program data, monitoring data quality, assisting with audits and contract compliance, resolving discrepancies, and identifying process improvements. The role also provides training and documentation support, coordinates with program and technology teams, and responds to internal and external reporting requests.

Manages the back-end operations of a supportive housing program, including payment processing, billing, accounts receivable, unit closeouts, data management, reporting, and workflow improvement. Oversees supervisors and approximately 20 support staff, develops operational systems and metrics, coordinates with Finance, Data & Technology, and program teams, and provides professional development while supporting scalable, culturally responsive services.

Provides executive leadership for a statewide supportive housing portfolio, overseeing strategy, performance, quality, evaluation, program development, financial sustainability, partnerships, and senior leaders. The role coordinates housing, case management, managed care, behavioral health, and client participation programs while advancing Housing First, equity, and person-centered services. The Chief Program Officer represents the organization with government agencies, healthcare systems, funders, and community partners and supports sustainable growth across California.

Supervise Operations Specialists processing housing-related applications, payments, move-in assistance, and financial transactions. Ensure accurate records, compliance, reporting, and timely resolution of complex cases. Lead team coaching and performance management, coordinate with Finance, case managers, vendors, funders, and other partners, and improve workflows to increase accuracy, efficiency, and client-centered service delivery.

Lead ERP and finance systems strategy, roadmap, and integrations. Oversee Finance Systems team, translate business needs into ERP designs, direct advanced configuration and implementations, ensure data integrity, controls, and scalable integrations, and partner with Finance, IT, and Operations on change management and platform maturity.
