Lead ERP and finance systems strategy, roadmap, and integrations. Oversee Finance Systems team, translate business needs into ERP designs, direct advanced configuration and implementations, ensure data integrity, controls, and scalable integrations, and partner with Finance, IT, and Operations on change management and platform maturity.

Lead and oversee Tenancy Supports for LA's Flexible Housing Subsidy Pool (FHSP). Supervise managers, implement process improvements, coordinate with county funders and partners, use data to measure program performance, guide strategic planning, ensure compliance with funder requirements, and collaborate with internal teams (Housing, Inspections, Finance, People Ops, Data/Tech). Serve as a thought partner to FHSP leadership and drive outcomes that support housing stability for program participants.

Supervise up to five case managers, provide clinical guidance and crisis intervention, carry a small caseload, conduct client assessments, develop individualized care plans, support housing placement and retention, collaborate with partners, maintain documentation, and participate in on-site visits and staff meetings.

Lead and improve accounting operations including high-volume journal entry review, payment approvals, bank reconciliations, and month-end close. Mentor junior staff, strengthen internal controls, support financial reporting, and drive process automation and workflow optimization across multi-entity nonprofit housing operations.

Manage and scale the Flexible Housing Subsidy Pool (FHSP) by supervising Program Supervisors, coordinating with county and community partners, developing policies and metrics, supporting housing placement and subsidy processes, and ensuring consistent, culturally responsive services to clients.

Provide intensive case management to up to 20 clients experiencing homelessness at a project site. Conduct outreach, assessments, individualized service plans, housing support, crisis intervention, linkage to services, life-skills education, transportation assistance, documentation, and partner coordination to promote housing stability and health.

Lead day-to-day operations and supervise operations supervisors to ensure timely, compliant service delivery. Optimize workflows, develop SOPs, track performance metrics, generate operational reports, and partner cross-functionally with Finance, Programs, and Data & Technology. Drive process improvements, ensure funder compliance and quality assurance, resolve escalations, and build team capacity to support scalable programs.

Lead Fiscal Intermediary operations, enterprise systems implementation, and statewide program operations. Oversee FI workflows, ERP and contract systems, process standardization, compliance, reporting, and cross-regional operational support. Build SOPs, training, dashboards, and lead change management to improve efficiency and ensure funder/audit compliance.

Manage AP/AR and rent roll for a multi-entity nonprofit, supervise accounting supervisors, co-manage month-end close, approve bank transactions, analyze cash flow, oversee 1099s/unclaimed property/bad debt, liaise with auditors and government agencies, handle audit and budgeting queries, and improve accounting systems and processes.

Design, build, test, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce). Develop Experience Cloud portals, integrate FormAssembly and third-party systems via REST/SOAP, implement CI/CD and SFDX workflows, ensure security and performance, write unit tests, document data models and integrations, and support users through ticketing and coordinated releases.
