Partner with executive, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive adoption, retention, revenue, and growth through Zoom’s broader platform. Build AI-native products with strong reliability, trust, usability, and enterprise value while raising product judgment and execution standards across the organization.

Execute full-cycle SaaS sales from prospecting through negotiation and close. Generate pipeline through strategic outreach and social selling, build relationships with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders, conduct discovery and demos, apply MEDDPICC, navigate procurement and legal reviews, and maintain accurate sales forecasts.

Lead major product initiatives from customer discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration, including zero-to-one AI-powered products and new SKUs. Define product direction, prioritize opportunities, partner with Engineering and Design on model behavior, prompts, evaluation, quality, and UX, and engage customers to validate solutions. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Zoom to drive adoption and measurable customer value.
