Support the principal by leading instructional and cultural vision, teacher coaching, assessments, data-driven improvement, staff supervision, restorative practices, and oversight of student programs and activities to improve academic outcomes.

Support the principal by leading instructional and cultural initiatives, coaching and evaluating teachers, coordinating assessments, managing behavior systems (MTSS/PBIS/restorative practices), overseeing student programs and activities, developing staff through PD and data-driven goal setting, and building relationships with students, families, and community to improve academic outcomes.

Provide targeted behavioral support to students with disabilities by implementing and monitoring Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), tracking progress toward IEP goals, de-escalating crises, documenting services in Welligent, and collaborating with teachers, case managers, and school specialists.
