Oversee daily accounting operations, including payables, receivables, payroll, reconciliations, bookkeeping, reporting, cash flow, budgeting, and financial controls. Prepare financial statements and coordinate with external CPAs on compliance and year-end processes. Analyze financial performance, provide leadership recommendations, support forecasting, and improve scalable accounting procedures and cross-functional processes.

Provide client support, research and approve potential clients, process documents, train new clients on software, and maintain production-information database records. The role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, familiarity with Windows and macOS, and experience with productivity and customer-support tools. Knowledge of entertainment-industry casting processes is preferred.
