Teams at Branching Minds

Supports customer data onboarding, integrations, platform configuration, ongoing data services, and troubleshooting. Guides customers through implementation plans, validates and ingests data files, resolves data issues, documents processes, and coordinates with internal teams. Acts as a liaison between school districts and Branching Minds while providing customer support through multiple channels. Requires strong Excel skills, data interpretation, communication, organization, and familiarity with SQL, APIs, SFTP, and structured data formats.

The Account Executive will build partnerships with school districts, promoting educational products and meeting sales quotas through strategic engagement and client relationship building.
