Lead finance for North America, partnering with regional leadership to drive forecasting, planning, commercial analysis, cash management, compliance, team development, and finance transformation including AI and systems adoption. Accountable for validated rolling forecasts, client profitability insight, working capital, statutory compliance, and representing NAmer finance to Group.

Own and improve Brainlabs' end-to-end media planning process, manage technical integrations (APIs, data feeds), translate planner needs into technical requirements, partner with product and engineering to build tooling, validate automated outputs against planner judgments, and manage cross-stakeholder delivery and deadlines.

Lead Americas new business growth: build and activate prospect pipelines, lead cross-functional pitch teams, close six- and seven-figure deals, forge strategic partnerships, mentor growth team, and represent Brainlabs at industry events to expand market presence.
