Designs and manages complex HVAC systems for healthcare, higher education, and laboratory projects. Performs heating and cooling load calculations, develops ductwork and piping designs, sizes equipment rooms, edits specifications, selects equipment, coordinates with project disciplines, reviews submittals, responds to RFIs, supports bidding, and conducts field verification. The role also manages client relationships, proposals, project schedules, and design deliverables.

Designs and delivers electrical engineering systems for technically challenging building projects. Responsibilities include developing plans, implementing system concepts, reviewing product information, coordinating with project teams and vendors, managing schedules and documentation, supporting proposals and client relationships, and conducting fieldwork to verify existing conditions. Requires OSHPD 1 project experience, strong communication and design skills, a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, a PE license, and 10–15 years of related experience.

The role requires Revit and AutoCAD proficiency, site visits, strong communication, and the ability to manage assignments independently. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, EIT certification, and 5–7 years of healthcare or institutional design experience; a PE license is preferred.
