Leads an elementary-school after-school program site, ensuring youth safety, engagement, and quality programming. Supervises 2–3 staff, manages scheduling, training, supplies, technology, snacks, and safety protocols, and collaborates with school leaders, parents, and community partners. Designs outdoor, play-based, SEL and trauma-informed activities, supports enrollment and retention, manages communications and documentation, and conducts outreach, events, and field-trip planning.

Coordinates daily operations, safety, enrollment, outreach, and youth programming at a school-based Boys & Girls Club site. Supervises and coaches staff, maintains member records, tracks participation and impact data, organizes events and field trips, supports facilities needs, and builds relationships with families, schools, and community partners. The role requires experience in youth development or after-school programming, staff supervision, safety protocols, community engagement, and Microsoft 365 and database tools.
