Serves as the technical authority for metallurgy and metal joining. Develops and qualifies welding, brazing, and solid-state joining procedures; evaluates thermal cycles, microstructures, defects, and material properties; performs failure analysis; oversees metallurgical laboratory testing; leads R&D and process optimization; ensures compliance with ASME, AWS, API, and regulatory standards; and mentors engineering and production personnel.

Serves as the technical authority for liquid-to-liquid and liquid-to-air heat exchanger design, sizing, optimization, deployment, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management. Performs heat transfer, thermodynamic, fluid dynamic, and CFD analyses; selects materials and heat exchanger types; investigates thermal incidents and performance degradation; and collaborates with engineering, quality, procurement, and operations teams. Reviews proposals, supports vendor qualification, ensures compliance with requirements and safety standards, and contributes to current and future R&D efforts.

Drives complex engineering initiatives from conception through deployment, managing schedules, risks, scalability, and cross-functional execution. Performs FTA, FMEA, HAZOP, probabilistic risk assessments, Monte Carlo simulations, and reliability analyses. Ensures compliance with safety standards and governance policies, recommends mitigation strategies, validates risk controls, authors technical reports, advises engineering and manufacturing teams, and mentors staff on risk analysis practices.
