Provide administrative and secretarial support to attorneys and paralegals in civil litigation: prepare and proof legal documents, file in state and federal courts, manage document systems (iManage), calendaring (CompuLaw), prepare binders/charts, schedule/travel/expense processing, and maintain case files and administrative tasks.

The paralegal will assist attorneys in defense litigation by preparing documents, managing case files, coordinating trials, and handling discovery requests. The role requires proactive communication and the ability to analyze complex medical records.
