Leads the strategy, architecture, implementation, and evolution of enterprise analytics platforms. Responsibilities include designing scalable data platforms, integrating digital and enterprise data, establishing governance and security standards, optimizing analytics and BI capabilities, evaluating cloud technologies, managing platform performance and risks, and mentoring technical teams. The role also requires close collaboration with executives, clients, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and business stakeholders.

Leads end-to-end technology delivery for a major client account, owning schedule, budget, staffing, quality, margin, and delivery KPIs. Serves as the senior technical authority with client executives, resolves escalations, validates solution direction, manages distributed delivery teams, and supports account growth. Champions responsible AI-assisted development, mentors delivery leaders, and maintains monthly onsite client engagement.

Leads technology delivery for a major client account, serving as the senior client-facing technical authority and owning schedule, budget, staffing, quality, margin, and delivery KPIs across multiple workstreams. Directs delivery managers, architects, project managers, and product managers; resolves escalations, validates solution direction, supports account expansion, promotes AI-assisted development, and mentors senior delivery teams. Requires frequent client-site engagement and executive-level stakeholder management.
