We are seeking an experienced Adobe RTCDP Developer with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing customer data solutions, enabling unified customer profiles, audience segmentation, and data activation across marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and RTCDP.
- Configure XDM schemas, datasets, identities, and real-time customer profiles.
- Build and manage data ingestion and integration pipelines from multiple sources.
- Develop audience segmentation and activation strategies to support personalization initiatives.
- Collaborate with business, marketing, and technical teams to deliver scalable customer data solutions.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards are maintained.
- Support performance optimization, troubleshooting, and platform enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in MarTech, Data Engineering, or Technology Architecture.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe RTCDP and Adobe Experience Platform.
- Strong understanding of CDPs, customer data architecture, identity resolution, and audience management.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Exposure to big data technologies including Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka.
- Familiarity with software engineering technologies such as Java, Scala, Spark, and distributed data processing frameworks.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.
- Adobe RTCDP Developer Expert Certification or Adobe Experience Platform Business Practitioner Certification is preferred.
Preferred Skills: Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Data Warehousing, Customer Data Platforms, and Marketing Technology ecosystems.
