The Sr. Director of Financial Planning & Analysis will oversee strategic financial initiatives, manage budgeting processes, prepare financial materials, and enhance team performance in a telecommunications environment.

Manage and enhance global compensation programs including salary structures, market pricing, sales and annual incentive plans, job evaluation, governance, and analytics. Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to provide compensation guidance, reporting, and process improvements across multiple countries.

Lead technical accounting research and policy development under U.S. GAAP, analyze complex transactions (revenue, leases, business combinations, consolidation), build accounting models, advise cross-functional teams, prepare technical memorandums, support financial reporting and external audits, and ensure consistent accounting application and controls.
