Leads global client services across medical communications accounts, providing strategic client partnership, project and portfolio management, financial oversight, forecasting, resourcing, business development, and people leadership. Oversees account teams across the UK and US, supports pitches and proposals, maintains senior client relationships, ensures quality and profitability, and collaborates with scientific, creative, and digital teams to deliver medical education programs.
