Manage end-to-end trade processing and settlement for institutional custody clients. Responsibilities include SWIFT message processing, wire payments, cash and securities movements, bond settlement, fails management, corporate actions, tax documentation, client queries, reporting, controls, risk management, and process improvement. The role coordinates with internal teams, clients, counterparties, and correspondent banks while ensuring SLA, regulatory, and audit compliance.

Provides complex analytics, reporting, and operational support for non-purpose lending accounts and transactions. Manages client and advisor inquiries, monitors documentation and approvals, resolves complex processing issues, and supports process improvements and system testing. Partners with internal teams, allocates work, reviews requests, and may perform supervisory, training, and approval duties while maintaining strong risk controls and service standards.

Processes client asset movement transactions involving cash and securities, reviews reports and suspense accounts, resolves ACAT and non-ACAT inquiries, manages client issues, and supports system testing, product enhancements, compliance, quality, and service-level goals. Advises internal teams, coordinates issue resolution, conducts funding status calls, assists junior staff, and may allocate work or perform supervisory reviews.
