Plans, executes, and reports on information systems control assessments for federal financial systems. Evaluates cybersecurity, access, change management, and segregation-of-duties controls across SAP and non-SAP enterprise applications. Applies FFMIA, GAO, FISCAM, Federal Audit Manual, OMB Circular, and federal accounting requirements. Produces working papers, summary reports, detailed findings, and actionable recommendations while supporting DoD/DLA programs.

Leads analysis and improvement of cradle-to-grave IT application and infrastructure processes. Documents current operations, evaluates them against industry best practices, develops improvement plans and milestones, and provides technical guidance on the business implications of systems. This is a fully remote role requiring five years of relevant experience, an Agile or PMP-equivalent certification, and an IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive designation or Tier 3 background investigation.

Supports enterprise software testing across the full lifecycle, including developmental, operational, regression, performance, accessibility, cybersecurity, API, cloud, database, and automated testing. Develops test scripts and documentation, analyzes defects, supports remediation, manages ServiceNow testing workflows, and contributes to DoD acquisition, DevSecOps, Agile, Section 508, and compliance activities for DLA enterprise systems.
