Lead technical direction for the ControlCheck team, design cross-domain systems (frontend, backend, infra), drive architectural decisions for Ruby on Rails and FastAPI services, de-couple and scale microservices, debug distributed systems, mentor senior engineers, coordinate cross-team dependencies, and influence engineering roadmaps without direct people management.

Lead PrivacyPro implementations for new customers: manage project timelines, coordinate stakeholders, configure software, run training, track project documentation, and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams.

Provide technical and network problem resolution for customers, troubleshoot SaaS application issues, analyze data and databases, assist hospital IT and pharmacy teams, respond to calls/emails, maintain high customer satisfaction, and participate in occasional overnight on-call rotation.
