Develop and implement production-line process specifications for coated steel manufacturing. Investigate equipment failures and quality issues, lead root-cause analysis, trials, yield improvement, and continuous improvement projects. Track production metrics, manage raw-material inventory and vendor issues, develop SOPs and training, support safety initiatives, coordinate maintenance shutdowns, and lead capital projects. Provide technical leadership to production teams and back up the Area Manager.

Lead CPNA technology strategy and roadmap across IT and OT, drive data/analytics and AI adoption, modernize platforms (ERP/CRM/cloud/MES), oversee cybersecurity and business continuity, manage technology investments, and develop IT talent while delivering measurable transformation value.
