Own ALM with Azure DevOps, enforce role-based security and compliance, troubleshoot production issues, and improve UX and automation in regulated environments.

Design and build high-quality, accessible presentation, document, and spreadsheet templates and workbooks. Create reusable layouts, visual systems, and components; format tables, charts, and graphics; ensure files are production-ready and easy to customize. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, incorporate feedback, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and use AI tools responsibly in design workflows.
