The Customer Marketing Manager will develop and optimize lifecycle strategies to drive customer onboarding, adoption, and revenue growth using data-driven insights and automation.

Coordinate and oversee payment data transformation and migration to the Bloomerang platform. Communicate migration status and processes across teams, document technical procedures for varied audiences, build relationships with payment processors and internal stakeholders, identify and remove process bottlenecks, support escalations, and implement process improvements to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.

The Account Executive will manage a sales pipeline, drive outbound efforts, oversee the sales process, and engage with the nonprofit community to educate them about Bloomerang's software and services.
