Creates AI-driven social media content and advertising creative, including videos, graphics, captions, voiceovers, and music. Develops repeatable AI workflows, prompt libraries, and creative variations for testing. Translates attorney expertise and case wins into compliant content, collaborates with media buying and content teams, uses performance insights to improve campaigns, and evaluates emerging AI tools. The role requires strong short-form video, copywriting, design, editing, and rapid iteration skills.

Develop and maintain AI-powered applications, agents, automations, and integrations for legal and operational workflows. Build LLM tools, RAG systems, APIs, and workflow automations using Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript. Manage projects from prototype through deployment, evaluate AI performance, maintain secure integrations, and collaborate with attorneys, leadership, and technical teams to improve internal processes.

Leads the firm's AI strategy and implementation initiatives by identifying automation opportunities, building AI-powered workflows and agents, integrating AI tools with existing systems, and optimizing solutions across legal and business functions. The role also trains employees, develops documentation and SOPs, manages projects through implementation, and drives organization-wide adoption of AI technologies.
