Leads revenue accounting, revenue recognition, billing, collections, and quote-to-cash operations for a SaaS company. Oversees ASC 606 compliance, complex contract assessments, SOX controls, audits, revenue close, reporting, transaction data integrity, and process automation. Partners with Sales, Legal, FP&A, Product, Engineering, and Deployment teams while managing and developing a high-performing revenue and billing organization.

Leads and develops a high-performing technical support team, overseeing multi-channel service performance, SLAs, staffing, training, dashboards, and process improvements. Serves as a technical escalation point for API, integration, data, and production issues using SQL and log analysis. Partners with Engineering and Product on incident response, bug resolution, and product improvements while managing client relationships and strategic support initiatives.

Build and deploy secure business automations and integrations across SaaS tools, internal systems, and APIs. Partner with stakeholders to identify high-impact workflow improvements, apply AI and agentic patterns where appropriate, and establish scalable engineering practices for documentation, testing, access controls, secrets management, logging, and maintenance. The role also helps shape automation infrastructure and team standards while collaborating with security and IT leadership.
