Support site safety by conducting field audits, crew and subcontractor visits, and incident investigations; assist with safety program execution, training, orientations, JHAs, and daily observations. Spend majority of time in the field and participate in OSHA safety trainings.

Provide administrative and clerical support to field personnel during utility-scale energy project installations. Duties include phone/mail handling, time entry into Heavy Jobs, ordering supplies, managing shipments, tracking equipment and time, entering timecards and employee changes, assisting with onboarding, training, and maintaining employee orientation packets and handbooks.

Paid, multi-year apprenticeships combining on-the-job training and classroom instruction to build skills in construction craft labor, heavy equipment operation, cable installation, or wind turbine installation. Duties include excavation, equipment operation, cable splicing and testing, rigging, climbing, and other physically demanding, outdoor tasks while earning nationally recognized certifications.
