Provide hands-on IT administration for approximately 230 employees across macOS and Windows. Responsibilities include Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, SaaS and identity administration, endpoint management, onboarding and offboarding, asset inventory, compliance reporting, workflow monitoring, scripting, documentation, lab and VDI support, and vendor coordination.

Leads IT operations and serves as the company’s Microsoft and identity security authority. Owns Entra ID architecture, privileged access, lifecycle automation, SSO, endpoint platforms, SaaS integrations, compliance controls, audit readiness, and identity threat detection. Directs IT staff, manages projects and vendors, supports engineering environments, and automates provisioning and reporting using Graph, PowerShell, Power Automate, and Python. Partners across Security, Engineering, Marketing, and Web to remediate risks and deliver secure, auditable infrastructure.

Analyzes anomalous network and system events in a 24/7 SOC, conducts threat hunting, investigates endpoint and intrusion activity, and supports incident response. Produces technical reports, performs threat and vulnerability analysis across customer environments, improves SOC processes, builds research labs, and evaluates sandbox technologies. Collaborates with analysts and customers to resolve incidents and communicates findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
