Drive partner health, product adoption, onboarding, training, and long-term engagement for cybersecurity clients and partners. Provide technical support, prepare partner reviews, document processes, collaborate with GTM and Product teams, and track customer health and KPIs using ChurnZero. The role requires customer-facing technical expertise, security-industry experience, strong communication, analytical skills, and independent remote work capability.

The Director of Client Success will lead the Client Success team, focusing on partner satisfaction, retention, and expansion while integrating AI-driven strategies for efficiency and value realization from the platform.

Analyze anomalous network and endpoint events in a SOC, perform lead-less threat hunting and triage EDR/NGAV alerts, develop incident analysis reports, build test labs, refine SOC processes, review sandbox artifacts and provide actionable threat and vulnerability analysis to customers and internal teams.
