The Director of Client Success will lead the Client Success team, focusing on partner satisfaction, retention, and expansion while integrating AI-driven strategies for efficiency and value realization from the platform.

Analyze anomalous network and endpoint events in a SOC, perform lead-less threat hunting and triage EDR/NGAV alerts, develop incident analysis reports, build test labs, refine SOC processes, review sandbox artifacts and provide actionable threat and vulnerability analysis to customers and internal teams.

Lead global SRE team to design, implement, and operate scalable, highly available cloud infrastructure. Drive observability, automation (IaC/CI-CD), cost optimization (FinOps), security hygiene, and post-incident improvements while remaining hands-on and exploring AI tooling for reliability.
