Teams at BlackLine

Leads technical accounting, SEC and external financial reporting, complex US GAAP analysis, audit and SOX compliance. Drives finance transformation through BlackLine’s Customer Zero initiative, responsible AI adoption, reporting workflow automation, and data warehouse implementation. Advises senior finance and cross-functional leaders, develops the accounting team, partners with Product and Engineering, and represents BlackLine with customers and industry stakeholders.

Leads a regional team of Business Development Representatives, managing hiring, coaching, training, performance development, metrics, and qualified meeting targets. Partners with Sales, Marketing, HR, Talent Acquisition, Enablement, and regional leadership to execute revenue-generating strategies. Oversees technology adoption, tracks performance in Tableau and Salesforce, reinforces best practices, and develops BDR talent. The role requires a hybrid schedule with at least three days weekly onsite in New York City.

Leads and develops a team of Solution Advisors supporting sales cycles for BlackLine’s financial close and accounting automation products. Conducts client discovery, delivers tailored demonstrations, presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts, and provides technical guidance throughout sales engagements. Partners with sales and professional services on account planning, onboarding, and adoption while contributing to enablement programs and representing BlackLine at industry events.
