Develop demand for BlackLine’s software by qualifying inbound leads, conducting outbound prospecting, scheduling meetings, answering capability questions, managing CRM data, and meeting performance metrics. The role involves coordinating with marketing, engaging C-suite and Fortune 500 prospects, handling objections, and communicating the value of a finance automation platform. A six-week training program supports prospecting, cold calling, sales qualification, and product knowledge development.

Drive BlackLine customer adoption, expansion, and retention by partnering with Customer Success and Account Managers. Analyze customer processes, design tailored optimization solutions, provide consultative guidance, and support digital transformation. Deliver thought leadership through videos, webinars, and strategy sessions while maintaining deep expertise in BlackLine, accounting, internal controls, and process optimization. Mentor colleagues and develop reusable process optimization resources.

Prepares revenue forecasts, recurring revenue metrics, variance analyses, dashboards, and financial reporting. Investigates revenue discrepancies, analyzes FX impacts, reconciles recognized revenue with ARR, and develops forecasting models and scenario analyses. Collaborates with Sales, Deal Desk, Revenue Accounting, Legal, FP&A, Systems, and Operations on contract terms, pricing, systems implementations, policy updates, and strategic initiatives. Requires expertise in U.S. GAAP, ASC 606, SaaS metrics, and SEC reporting.
