Teams at BlackLine

Leads and develops a team of Solution Advisors supporting sales cycles for BlackLine’s financial close and accounting automation products. Conducts client discovery, delivers tailored demonstrations, presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts, and provides technical guidance throughout sales engagements. Partners with sales and professional services on account planning, onboarding, and adoption while contributing to enablement programs and representing BlackLine at industry events.

Manage marketing automation and demand generation operations using Marketo and Salesforce. Build, deploy, optimize, and report on campaigns, nurture programs, lead scoring, attribution, and funnel performance. Administer databases, integrations, data governance, and lead flows while improving operational processes and documentation. Advise marketing partners on B2B campaign best practices, manage project requests, oversee vendors, and maintain data quality and compliance.

Leads BlackLine’s creative direction and visual identity across campaigns, web, social, video, and events. Translates complex enterprise software concepts into compelling visual stories, directs flagship campaigns and live-event experiences, and partners with marketing and executive teams. Builds and develops an in-house design, video, and motion team; manages budgets, agencies, vendors, workflows, and creative standards. Also advances AI-augmented creative tools and operational practices.
