Design, build, and optimize scalable PySpark ETL pipelines and integrations (FiveTran, Plaid, APIs). Maintain production ML/LLM pipelines, monitor performance, automate testing, implement CDC and indexing for scale, and collaborate with stakeholders to integrate AI and big-data technologies.

Owns complex general ledger, month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities; prepares journal entries, reconciliations, variance analyses, and audit schedules. Ensures US GAAP and SOX compliance while partnering with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal, HR, IT, and operations. Drives accounting process optimization, BlackLine adoption, automation, AI integration, UAT, ERP enhancements, technical accounting research, and special projects. Acts as a subject matter expert and informal mentor without direct people-management responsibilities.

Lead and optimize global accounting operations and the month/quarter/year-end close. Manage GL and AP teams, strengthen SOX/internal controls and SEC/US GAAP compliance, oversee audits, drive automation and AI initiatives, mentor staff, partner cross-functionally, and prepare to transition into the VP, Corporate Controller role within 18 months.
