Owns WFM tools and integrations while driving automation and standardized processes. Partners with Data Center Operations, Capacity Planning, HR, and Finance to support hiring, maintenance, deployments, incident response, uptime, capacity, and service-level objectives.

Supports data center delivery projects by developing and updating schedules, tracking labor, costs, productivity, materials, and progress. Performs forecasting, variance analysis, earned value monitoring, risk identification, change impact assessment, and reporting. Coordinates with project managers, superintendents, field teams, procurement, general contractors, and vendors to align project controls data with field execution. The role focuses on structured cabling, network infrastructure, and low-voltage installation scopes.

Leads global supply chain and logistics strategy for data center infrastructure, overseeing transportation, inventory, warehousing, supplier performance, capacity planning, trade compliance, budgets, analytics, and material availability. Partners with construction, engineering, procurement, finance, and logistics providers to support data center builds, deployments, expansions, and operations. Builds and develops supply chain teams while driving cost reduction, resiliency, operational efficiency, and on-time delivery.

Manage the lifecycle of government contract vehicles for state, local, and education accounts. Ensure compliance with contractual terms, FAR, DFAR, and applicable regulations; maintain contract records; support sales, proposals, bids, pricing, and procurement activities; monitor government opportunities and market trends; and recommend contract strategies aligned with business objectives.

Delivers post-sales network engineering services, including requirements assessment, solution design, equipment staging, configuration, testing, deployment, documentation, and client coordination. Manages complex data center networking environments involving routers, switches, firewalls, load balancing, DMZs, DDI, routing protocols, and modern switching architectures. Collaborates with clients, vendors, Smart Hands, project managers, and internal teams to meet service-level objectives, resolve issues, improve deployment processes, and enhance service delivery.

Develop and execute sales strategies for the Industrial Manufacturing sector, generate and onboard new logos, build and manage sales pipelines, negotiate IT services contracts, and grow client revenues.
