Manage surveying projects from proposals through final deliverables, overseeing schedules, budgets, staffing, quality, and resource allocation. Lead and mentor survey staff, review boundary, ALTA, topographic, and related deliverables, coordinate field and office activities, maintain client relationships, prepare proposals and fee estimates, support business development, and ensure compliance with surveying standards and regulations.

Leads the technical integration of acquired companies into BKF’s technology environment. Owns architecture, migration strategy, technical risk, schedules, cutover and rollback plans, and execution standards. Provides technical direction for Microsoft 365 tenant migrations, identity, collaboration platforms, file systems, endpoint deployment, and cloud infrastructure. Performs hands-on engineering, scripting, automation, troubleshooting, documentation, and hypercare support while coordinating internal teams, vendors, consultants, and business stakeholders across multiple concurrent integrations.

Leads and expands BKF’s cultural resources practice across California. Responsibilities include archaeological and paleontological field assessments, monitoring, CEQA/NEPA and Section 106 compliance, technical report authorship, tribal coordination, PRIMP development, agency coordination, business development, project management, staff oversight, mentoring, and professional thought leadership.
