Manage and review contracts carrying moderate to high risk; draft and edit NDAs, amendments, and agreements; identify and recommend language changes; ensure compliance with statutes and licensing; maintain searchable contract records; collaborate with engineers, project managers, and legal staff to align contracts with technical and operational needs. Provide administrative and project support to project managers on water resources projects: prepare correspondence, maintain project files and logs, track billing and AR, manage contracts and submittals, coordinate meetings and plan sets, perform site visits/photography, and assist with special projects and quarterly reporting.
