Develop workflows for onboarding, payments, rewards, travel, foreign exchange, support automation, KYC, and risk. Collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI teams, while monitoring, debugging, and improving production systems.

Build and maintain backend services and APIs for a large-scale AI neobank, supporting onboarding, accounts, payments, cards, transfers, rewards, travel, foreign exchange, KYC, and risk workflows. Integrate with financial partners, payment providers, AI services, and third-party platforms. Ensure reliability, security, scalability, observability, data integrity, and effective incident handling while collaborating with product, frontend, mobile, and AI teams.

Own the company’s performance management and OKR frameworks, including planning, tracking, reviews, calibration, promotions, and career development. Analyze people and operational data, build organizational performance dashboards, define HR system requirements, improve workflows, and partner with leaders to strengthen accountability, execution, culture, and employee experience. Support strategic people initiatives in a fast-growing environment.
