Entry-level Business Development Representative tasked with prospecting and qualifying sponsorship leads for commercial real estate events and digital products. Responsibilities include outreach via phone and email, attending events, documenting activities in Salesforce, supporting event production, building pipeline for senior sales, meeting KPIs, and progressing into a Business Manager role through training and performance.

Entry-level BDR will prospect and develop sponsorship sales for commercial real estate events and digital products: research leads, book meetings, support proposals and contracts, log activity in Salesforce, attend events, and work toward promotion to Business Manager.

Manage the firms debt portfolio, monitor loan maturities and interest-rate trends, evaluate refinancing and payoff opportunities, coordinate with lenders, analyze portfolio performance, support financings for acquisitions/foreclosures, prepare executive reports, and improve debt reporting and processes.
