Maintains golf course grounds by mowing turf, raking bunkers, trimming landscaped areas, setting up the course, operating small equipment, performing turf-care practices, assisting with irrigation, and maintaining tools. The role requires outdoor work in varied weather, safe machinery operation, physical stamina, adherence to safety procedures, and availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Provides overnight security and fire prevention for a private club. Patrols buildings, grounds, and parking areas; monitors cameras and access; inspects packages; enforces policies; responds to alarms and emergencies; contacts emergency services; maintains security logs and reports; performs CPR and first aid when needed; and monitors facility conditions, including refrigeration temperatures and energy controls.
