Manage post-sales relationships with a portfolio of customers, primarily financial institutions, to drive adoption and business outcomes from BioCatch’s behavioral biometric solution. Responsibilities include strategic consulting, project coordination, risk and escalation management, customer presentations, quarterly business reviews, roadmap feedback, stakeholder communication, team coaching, statements of work, and identifying expansion opportunities with account managers.

Drive enterprise sales growth across North American banking, credit card, and financial services accounts. Develop strategic account and business development plans, build customer and partner relationships, close complex multi-million-dollar technology deals, and engage C-level stakeholders. Represent the company at industry events, collaborate with commercial and leadership teams, manage pipeline forecasting and reporting, and apply MEDDPICC methodology. The role focuses on cybersecurity, fraud prevention, authentication, and SaaS or cloud solutions, with 50% domestic and international travel.

Drive technical wins for enterprise financial institutions by scoping solutions, leading discovery (MEDDPICC), tailoring demos, building business cases, owning RFI/RFPs and POCs, and coordinating product/engineering to validate feasibility for fraud and financial crime prevention.
