Own commercial lifecycle of multiple Payments products from discovery through launch, adoption, and ongoing support. Define and prioritize product requirements, partner with engineering on delivery, lead go-to-market and messaging, integrate AI capabilities, engage customers for feedback and adoption, monitor KPIs and financial outcomes, run annual planning, and mentor other product managers. Travel quarterly for customer meetings and events.

Lead Billtrust's Applied Intelligence product strategy, build and scale AI product teams, define governance and evaluation standards, translate frontier AI into production-grade AR solutions, and represent the company externally to drive commercial impact and customer co-creation.

Manage a portfolio of strategic B2B customers to drive adoption, value realization, retention, and expansion. Build executive relationships, monitor health using AI dashboards, surface risks, coordinate remediation, and collaborate cross-functionally to support onboarding, upsells, and customer advocacy.
