Field sales role selling prenatal/genetic diagnostic tests to OBGYNs, MFMs, genetic counselors, and hospital systems across Southern California. Responsibilities include prospecting, relationship development with clinicians and KOLs, territory business planning, managing full sales lifecycle, driving test utilization, and representing the company at local conferences and tradeshows. Must deliver clinical information to external and internal stakeholders and influence product positioning.

Build and lead commercial strategy and operations for a 250-person prenatal field organization: set strategy, territory design, quota and comp plans, sales analytics and dashboards, partner with commercial data science, deploy AI to scale insight, and program-manage cross-functional initiatives to drive revenue and account expansion.

Lead and grow a regional sales organization selling prenatal molecular diagnostics to OBGYNs, MFMs, and genetic counselors across Northern Los Angeles. Develop data-driven territory strategy, recruit/train/manage sales reps, deliver clinical information to customers and internal teams, analyze sales data and competition, and drive market adoption and revenue.
