Leads implementation of FDA-cleared digital treatments across health systems and provider organizations. Oversees client planning, workflow design, provider training, technical integrations, billing and reimbursement processes, launch stabilization, reporting, and handoff to Customer Success. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Support teams to improve implementation standards, resolve operational barriers, and inform go-to-market strategy.

Provide practical, business-focused legal support for commercial contracting, regulatory and privacy compliance, and internal legal operations. Draft and negotiate commercial and clinical agreements, advise on healthcare and data privacy regulations, maintain contract templates and workflows, and partner cross-functionally to enable compliant product and commercial activity.
