Negotiates delinquent accounts on behalf of clients to achieve debt savings. Builds relationships with external partners, oversees client finances, determines account strategies, consolidates debts to improve negotiation leverage, manages account queues, and addresses client inquiries. The role requires strong communication, organization, teamwork, client focus, and technology proficiency, with Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred.

Educates and supports clients enrolled in financial hardship debt programs, addresses concerns, deescalates challenging calls, assesses financial situations, and develops solutions to retain clients. Maintains accurate CRM records, provides empathetic phone-based customer service, meets retention goals, and collaborates with internal teams. Spanish-English bilingual communication, negotiation, problem-solving, adaptability, and comfort with high call volumes are required.
